24/7 Claim Support
Accidents dont keep to business hours, neither do we. Our team is available the clock to help you when you need it the most.
STEP1:
Remain calm & contact emergency services immediately if anyone is injured. Refrain from moving your vehicle from the scene until photographs have been taken. For urgent on-site assistance, kindly call our hotline at +65 96207078. An Accident Consultant will be dispatched to your location at the earliest possible time.
STEP 2:
Take photographs of the accident scene, ensuring that all vehicles involved are clearly captured. The images should accurately depict the extent of any injuries (if present), the damage sustained to the vehicles, and the positions of the vehicles, as well as the lane markings present. These photographs will be essential for the subsequent accident reporting and insurance claim procedures.
STEP 3:
Record the details of all vehicles (Car-plate Number) and drivers involved. This should include their full name, contact number, address, NRIC/FIN number, and the name of their respective insurance company (If Possible).
STEP 4:
You may depart from the accident scene provided that none of the following conditions apply:
- Involvement of pedestrians or cyclists
- Hit-and-run incidents
- Involvement of foreign-registered vehicles
- Fatalities
- Injuries where victims have been transported to a hospital
- Damage to government property
We provide complimentary services including towing for your vehicle, on-site assessments, and photography. Additionally, we offer a 24/7 support line, transportation for you and your family, and replacement vehicles while your car is undergoing repair works
1. What should I do immediately after a car accident?
Your safety comes first. If anyone is injured, call 995 immediately. If it is safe to do so:
- Move your vehicle to a safe location (if possible).
- Take clear photos and videos of all vehicles, damages, road conditions, and the accident scene.
- Exchange particulars with the other driver (NRIC/FIN, contact number, address, insurer, and vehicle number).
- Obtain witness contact details if available.
- Contact us as soon as possible for assistance with your accident claim.
2. Do I need to report every accident, even if the damage is minor?
Yes. In Singapore, all motor accidents should be reported to your insurer within 24 hours or by the next working day, even if there is little or no visible damage or if you intend to settle privately. Failure to report may result in your insurer rejecting future claims or declining policy renewal.
3. Can I make a claim if the accident was not my fault?
Yes. If the other driver is found to be liable, you may be able to claim for your vehicle repairs, towing charges, loss of use, and other eligible expenses through the third party’s insurer. Our team can help guide you through the entire claims process.
4. How long does the accident claim process take?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the accident and whether liability has been established. Straightforward claims may be resolved within a few weeks, while disputed cases can take several months. We will keep you updated throughout the process.
5. Will making a claim affect my No Claim Discount (NCD)?
Not necessarily. If you are not at fault and your claim is successfully recovered from the responsible party, your NCD may remain unaffected. However, the final outcome depends on your insurer’s assessment and the circumstances of the accident.
6. What if the other driver refuses to admit fault?
Do not argue or admit liability at the scene. Simply gather as much evidence as possible and report the accident. Liability will be determined based on available evidence such as police reports, dashcam footage, witness statements, and the insurers’ investigations.
7. Do I have to pay for repairs upfront?
No , as long as we have collected ur car and tow it to our workshop you will not be needed to pay upfront at all anything. A replacement car will also be arranged for you. We will advise you on the recovery process.
8. Why should I use your accident claim service?
We aim to make the claims process simple and stress-free by providing:
- Assistance from the moment the accident occurs
- Guidance on documentation and reporting
- Coordination with insurers and repair workshops
- Regular updates on your claim status
- Professional support to help maximise a fair and efficient claim outcome
Our goal is to let you focus on getting back on the road while we handle the paperwork and claim process.
